ABOUT US
There's not much I love more than music, and anything related to art. I've always wanted to start building a brand, so after having fresh stroopwafels, I figured why not that. I started Groove to bring people the fresh stroopwafels from Amsterdam, alongside the music that's playing while I make them. Blending two of the best universal languages.
I'm Bridget. Cole's mom, and his self-appointed sous chef. It was his idea, not mine, but between loving Amsterdam, loving to bake, and not being able to resist getting in on something this fun, I couldn't stay out of the kitchen. Somebody had to make sure the quality control was up to standard. That somebody is me. Now I'm second set of hands, first taste-tester, and the one person here who will absolutely tell you if a batch needs another round. Mostly because I already ate the evidence.
